Day 15: Earliest childhood memory?

Simple prompt today: does what it says on the tin.

What’s your earliest childhood memory?

Mine is a dark dining room in a black and white cottage. The room was filled with dark, heavy, old-fashioned furniture, and I remember even with the curtains open it was gloomy.

My aunt was reading me a story.

We were on holiday in Ynys in North Wales.

Your turn: what do you remember?

And, to take the prompt further, what does it mean to you now? Why do you think this memory stuck with you?

Set a timer for 5 minutes and see what happens.

Happy writing!

TTFN,

Vicky
