Day 13: Hummus

Oh my gosh I love hummus.

It’s one of those foods I will not stop eating until it’s all gone.

I'll eat it with cucumber sticks, carrot batons, slices of pitta bread or flatbread, sweet peppers, celery—anything and everything can be a vehicle for moving hummus from the bowl, into my mouth.

I make a pretty good hummus (chickpeas, tahini, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, smoked paprika for sprinkling)—but the best hummus I ever had was in a little Lebanese restaurant in London.

I ate so much I nearly exploded.

Can’t remember the name of the restaurant nor where it was, which isn’t very helpful.

But I can remember the hummus.

Amazing.
