I don’t know why I ask questions like this for prompts because I can never answer them simply.
But then, I guess that’s the point of a prompt—it prompts us to think, and then write.
So.
My favourite type of outdoors depends on many factors—the weather, the time of year, my mood, my situation…
Right now for instance, I’m preparing to go on holiday—and I’m thinking about the wild Pembrokeshire coast. Cliff paths and quiet beaches and rockpools.
But then I also LOVE the woods. Being surrounded by trees makes me feel alive.
