Day 3: Time To Talk Day

Today is “Time to Talk Day” so I thought this’d be a good opportunity to ask:

How are you?

I don’t know about you—it’s different for everyone—but writing stuff down helps me.

Sometimes I write for the pure joy of it; other times I write for my business, or my clients; and sometimes I write for my mental health.

So on this Time To Talk Day, perhaps you could write some stuff down. Clear out your head trash. Especially if you find it hard to talk to people. It’s good to talk, for sure; but we’re not all talkers. Some of us find it almost impossible.

For us, writing can help.

So set your timer for 5 minutes, and write—about anything you like, but perhaps about stuff that’s bothering you.
