Day 28: National Fitness Day

Ugh the pressure we put on ourselves. It’s me. I’m “we”.

If I don’t go running then do my yoga in the morning after sliding out of bed, I beat myself up.

But only because I know how good I feel afterwards!

Anyway, it’s national fitness day today apparently so what’s your chosen method of keeping fit, physically and mentally?

As well as running and yoga, I also do circusy things like pole dancing, trapeze, and handstands. I dance. I walk sometimes.

But gyms? No thanks, they give me the horrors.

Set a timer for 5 minutes and write about fitness—how do you feel about it? What’s your fave method? Or do you think fuck fitness and do your own thing?
