HAHAHAHAHA absolutely not.
It’s a source of endless frustration to me, but I am working on it.
I have multiple alarms set on my watch: get ready for bed, brush teeth, wash face, get off the damn sofa, no seriously get the fuck up, go to bed.
This is gradually increasing the amount of sleep I get, but I’m not there yet.
The struggle to get off the sofa, through the bathroom, and up to bed is real. If you have ADHD you might relate. If you don’t, you might just be thinking FFS just go to bed?
Not that simple, sadly.
But I’m building strategies and some of them are working.
Anyway, over to you—set a timer for 5 minutes and write about whether or not you’re getting enough sleep, and why.
