Day 19: Your year in 250 words

Today's prompt might seem impossible: how do you sum up a year in just 250 words?

But it's a good exercise in being concise, and sifting through stories to find the most important angles.

Top tip: start by noting down all the stuff that's happened this year. Just single words or phrases.

Then circle the ones that made the biggest impact.

Start there.

Think about a feeling for the year, a theme—perhaps a journey from where you started to where you are right now.

Then set your timer and GO. And if you'd like a little company for your writing habit, come and join us in Team Moxie. Try out our live writing sessions for just £1 for a week...

Happy writing!
