Day 3: If you could only eat one thing

Today’s prompt is going to be a tricky one…

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life—with no negative health or nutrition consequences—what would it be?

I’ve thought long and hard about this, and I’ve decided it has to be:


I flipping LOVE bread. And I am choosing bread in its widest meaning so ALL forms of bread. I’m also including olive oil, salt and pepper, vinegar, and plant butter in that category.

How about you?

Set a timer for 5 minutes and see if you can decide what you’d eat forever.
