Just that, really. What’s your day been like so far?

If it’s been fab, how can you continue the fabness?

Why has it been fab?

Can you build that into your day more often?

If it’s been pants, how can you change it, and make sure it doesn’t happen again?

Set a timer for 5 minutes and muse on that.
