Day 10: Do you know how to breathe?

I’m not being faceitious or a canoe. Promise.

But often I find myself holding my breath.

Always have. It’s an anxiety thing.

Which, hilariously, makes the anxiety worse (THANKS BRAIN).

I have 30,572 reminders and alarms for things, and one of them is a reminder to breathe deep and full once an hour, when I stand up and move around.

So here is a little reminder to you: breathe.

Right now.

Take 5 minutes and breathe in and out, slowly, deeply, paying attention to your body.

Now see what dribbles out of your fingers and onto the paper.

What did you notice while you were breathing?

Write it down.

Happy writing!

TTFN,

Vicky
